Crunches

Crunches.

This exercise will strengthen your abs! As you exhale, tighten your core as if you’re looking at your navel.

Cycling

Cycling.

Roll your hands and legs in a circle! It’s okay to do it at your own pace! Get into the rhythm and burn fat!

Flutter Kick

V-Step.

Paddle your legs back and forth without letting your knees touch the floor! Get into the rhythm and burn fat!

Front Lunge

Front Lunge.

Take a big step forward and squat! It might be tough, but you can expect great results on your entire lower body!

Knee Extensions

Tricep Kickback.

Lie on your stomach, lift your knees off the floor, and tap your butt with your heels! Get into the rhythm and burn fat!

Kneeling Push-ups

Kneeling Push-Ups.

Bend and straighten your arms while kneeling to strengthen your arms and chest muscles!

Normal Push-ups

Reverse Push-ups.

Do a push-up! This move strengthens your arms and chest muscles!

Reverse Crunches

Reverse Crunches.

As you exhale, pull your legs close to your body as if you’re hugging them! When you lower them, make sure to slowly engage your core!

Reverse Push-ups.

Sit, lean back, and do a push-up motion while you face forward! This will work your upper arms and shoulders!

Rhythmic Back Extensions

Reverse Push-ups.

Lift your limbs diagonally and alternate them to the rhythm! Shoulder muscles and buttocks are usually stiff, so let’s loosen them up!

Side Lunge Propellers

Side Lunge Propellers.

Spread your arms out and twist your body so that you can touch your toes on the opposite side of your hands! Get into the rhythm and burn fat!

Split Squat

Tricep Kickback.

Put one foot in front and one foot behind for these squats! This is a whole lower-body workout!

Make sure your feet are shoulder-width apart and your knees and toes are pointing in the same direction! Imagine sitting on a chair with your chest out and push your butt out while you squat!

Tricep Extensions

Work out by leaning forward and lifting your elbows! Focus on putting pressure on your upper arms! Grab a weight or plastic bottle for a more effective workout!

Twisting Crunches

Twisting Leg Raise.

Reach across your body, and touch near your knees with your palms! The twisting motion trains your abdominal muscles and tones them too! Keep a steady rhythm!

Close your knees together at a right angle and tilt your torso to the left and right! Effective for tightening your core!

V-Step.

This move works out your abs! Touch your knees to your forehead!

Step in place, and then step forward diagonally, right then left. Repeat. Get into the rhythm and burn fat!

Raise your knees waist-high, swing your arms and step in place! Get into the rhythm and burn fat!
